1. Who this agreement is with

Tiem.pro is provided by WTE Solutions to employers ("Customers") for use by their employees and contractors ("Users") for time tracking, job-site documentation, and related workforce management. If you're a User, your access is provided through your employer's Customer account, and your employer's agreement with WTE Solutions governs the relationship; these terms describe your use of the app itself.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for legitimate work purposes as directed by your employer.
• Clock in/out accurately and honestly; do not clock in on behalf of someone else.
• Only upload photos relevant to job-site documentation you're authorized to capture.
• Keep your PIN/password confidential and do not share your account with others.

3. Location and photo data

Certain features require your device's location (e.g., confirming proximity to a job site at clock-in) or photo uploads. By using those features, you consent to this data being collected as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Automated photo analysis

Photos you upload may be processed by an automated AI system to flag potential maintenance or safety issues. This analysis is a tool to assist review, not a final determination, and does not replace human judgment or inspection.

5. Account suspension and termination

Your employer controls your account and may suspend or deactivate it at any time, including at the end of your employment. WTE Solutions may also suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the service.
