Tiem.pro (by WTE Solutions) is a workforce management tool used by employers to track time, job site photos, and payroll-related information for their employees. This policy describes what information Tiem.pro collects and how it's used.

Who this applies to

If you're using Tiem.pro, it's because your employer has set up an account for you as part of your job. Your employer controls your account and the data associated with it; Tiem.pro acts on their behalf to provide the service.

Information we collect
  • Account info: name, email, phone number, PIN (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), employee/trade numbers, role.
  • Time tracking: clock-in/clock-out timestamps, associated building/project/job, and your device's GPS location at the moment you clock in, used to confirm you were near the job site.
  • Photos: photos you upload or capture through the app for job-site documentation, including any embedded EXIF metadata (such as capture time and location) and geotagging you provide.
  • Payroll-related data: hourly rate, union/trade classification, and other fields required for payroll processing by your employer.
  • Demographic data (where collected by your employer for compliance/reporting purposes): gender, minority classification, and similar fields.
  • Usage data: login activity, device/browser information, and application logs used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use this information
  • To record and calculate hours worked, and to support your employer's payroll and compliance obligations.
  • To let you and your supervisors document job-site conditions and progress via photos and notes.
  • Photos may be analyzed by an automated AI vision service to flag potential maintenance or safety issues for review — this analysis does not make final decisions and is reviewed by people.
  • To send you account-related notifications by email or SMS (e.g., PIN resets, verification codes).
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Who we share information with

Tiem.pro uses the following third-party service providers to operate the app. They only receive the data necessary to perform their function:

  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — stores uploaded photos.
  • OpenAI — analyzes uploaded photos to detect potential maintenance issues.
  • SocketLabs — sends transactional email (PIN resets, notifications).
  • Twilio — sends SMS notifications where enabled.

We do not sell your information. Data is shared with your employer, who is the primary controller of your workforce data within the app.

Data retention

Your choices
